Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist local unit in developing the necessary capabilities to effectively control products and systems. Each day, you will ensure compliance with internal, customer, and industry requirements within a cost-effective and safe working environment. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the development and implementation of standards and test methods to ensure only compliant products, software, and services are released to the customer. 61Measure all process quality with systematically way and analysis those data for continuous quality improvement to meet customer and company target 61Take the lead to engage all functional team to promote quality to next level with initiatives for short term and long term plan 61Carry out regular audit of production processes and actively follow up on corrective actions implementation with solid plan 61Take lead to resolve customer quality issue from the source 61Training and qualify operation skill to ensure consistent production quality 61Create and regular update quality plan to improve process quality 61Handle daily NCR and take lead to work with SCM, IE etc to resolving from source 61To maintain & develop the Quality Management System, manage audit activities and follow up gap improvement and closure. 61Host the FAT, and collection customer required quality document 61Align with SCM team to audit, develop & improve the performance of our vendor for quality, and ownership for supplier corrective and preventive actions validation 61Preparation of quality reports for management review and decision making
Qualifications for the role 61 Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineers & Electronics engineers preferably with Masters Degree. 61 At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing quality environment. 61 Analyzing Information, Reporting Research Results, Technical Understanding, Promoting Process Improvement, Developing Standards, Managing Processes, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Supports Innovation, CAD, Quality Engineering, Operations Research. 61 Hands On with Microsoft office programs including: Excel, Work and Power point. 61 SAP (basically SAP QM/MM/PP modules). 61 A passion for quality improvement or Lean Six Sigma. 61 Good communication skills. 61 Fluent English speaking and good in writing. 61 Strong analytic and problem solving skills. 61 Good interpersonal & organizational skills. 61 Taking responsibility, ownership and make decision with risk. 61 Ability to work in groups or be self-motivated. 61 Ability to be an effective contributor when working in multi-cultural team.
