The Executive, Individual Solutions is responsible to drive revenue and meet sales targets in our key hospital services, by performing the following duties: Consequent follow-up on sales opportunities provided through lead generation campaigns (online and offline), hospital walk-ins, telephone enquiries, and so on. Ensures all sales opportunities are recorded and regularly updated in the CRM system. Sells hospital services by establishing contact, providing introduction to hospital services by consulting tours and developing relationships with prospects. Maintains relationships with clients who bought initial hospital services (packages) by regularly (e.g. monthly) checking in and introduce up & cross-sell opportunities where medically appropriate. Recommends product improvements, new products and / or promotions by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepares reports as directed by direct line manager by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Contributes to team effort by supporting other team members achieving their sales targets where needed. 任职要求: Knowledge and Experience: 1.At least 2-3 years’ experience in direct sales or customer service within the People’s Republic of China. 2.Duty Roster on weekend may occurred depends on the team arrangement 3.Knowledge of CRM software coupled with the ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics. 4.Strong communication skills 5.Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude 6.Hospital Operations Experience preferred 7.Native Mandarin Speaker with basic English language skills.
