The main responsibility of this role is to develop sales business policies and related sales management methods to support sales team achieve sales targets. Follow up and analysis sales operation to deliver sales forecast and business reports to monitor and guide the development of sales business.
Duties and Tasks
Policy and Report
· Develop and implement commercial policies, incentive plans, etc.
· Develop and follow up sales planning and sales campaigns based on sales business requirements.
· Deliver sales business reports as required and monitor and guide the development of sales business.
Sales Analysis
· Create sales forecasts based on business analysis.
· Sales forecast management, align with the regional sales/dealers regularly.
· Support OTD on stock planning with Sales forecast.
· Performance analysis of dealer and regional sales teams.
· Stock analysis and recommendation.
Price management
· Setting and updating MSRP based on management team decision.
· Track, update and analysis price and margin level of retail and KA business regularly.
· Support makes business decisions with internal price analysis.
Management and Process
· Develop and implement sales operation management methods.
· Develop sales processes and tools continuously to improve operation efficiency and interactions with the markets.
Experience and qualifications
· Relevant Education or equivalent work experience, at least 3 years' experiences.
· Business knowledge and experience from a similar role an advantage
· Excellent business data analysis and report writing skill.
