Offline channel promotion planning and FY calendar. - Manage *** all national wide promotion timelines and deliverables to ensure all activities related are being planned and delivered on time. - Initiate event, sample & GWP plan for monthly animation and in-store promotion - Manage Avene monthly building blocks & activity. In charge of monthly memo and coordinate with partner functions, e.g. MKT /CRM/Training, etc. Event/GWP Planning and Production - Event/GWP planning with marketing team, develop events, accessories and gifts to gain consumer love for brand with good brand image. - Event/GWP application, production and execution Promotion Budget Assignment and Control - Promotion resource control reasonable allocation to regions and good support to region business - Ensure ROI on channel initiatives are continuously improved and evaluated from activities. Promotion Effectiveness Analysis and Improvement - Responsible for regular communication between KA team and multi-functions to support on sales target, deliver promotion policy, follow execution progress and good implementation in KA channel. - Promotion Mechanism review by campaign and by quarter, optimize commercial offer. Forecast planning and improvement. - Deliver rolling 12-month product forecast for Avene to make sure the product plan can support the promotion mechanism and adjust timely.
