- Market survey : products, claims, consumer insights.. to identify new opportunities of innovation for our product portfolio
- Valorize the technical data , leveraging the science behind our technologies and products in collaboration with product development team and marketing : concept and claims
- Manage R&D technical book with all the technical content, results, and valorization for each new launch.
- Support local marketing with R&D content for events.
- Innovation scouting on active research and skin science for ideation and new concept

- Hard skills : knowledge in skin and hair physiology, personal care market knowledge, product development life cycle, writing skills, fluent in english
- Soft skils : strong product sensibility, clear and impactful communication, work in collaboration.
- Education : bachelor or Master degree in Biology, chemistry, pharma or dermatology, PhD is a plus.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in personal care or raw material RD scientific communication.
