Job responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Be responsible for the samples measuring based on the drawing. Draft the inspection report in English.
2. Support the samples qualification and communicate the measuring result with Global quality or supplier.
3. Support global/local suppliers development. Interacts with customers and suppliers to improve quality and customer service.
4. Implement the outgoing quality inspection on the supplier site, if needed.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager.
1、 根据图纸，完成样品检测，出具中英文检测报告。
2、 支持样品的认证工作，必要时就检测异议与德国总部质量部门或供应商进行沟通。
3、 支持国内外供应商开发，并与客户和供应商保持良好的沟通交流, 提高质量和客户满意度.
4、 根据工作需要，去供应商现场完成产品检验。
5、 完成部门经理布置的其他工作。
Job requirements 岗位要求：
1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering.
2. Advanced skills in Basic measuring tolls and equipment, such as Programmable Profile projector, Contour tracer, Roughness tester, CMM, etc
3. Good knowledge in GD&T (Geometry Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
4. Minimum 3 years experience of product testing and quality management preferred in mechanical manufacturing industry. Familiar with ISO9000 or QS9000 standards.
5. Excellent English level (oral and writing) in machinery manufacturing sector.
6. Strong principle oriented. Be flexible for occasional business trips (less than 25%).
1、 大专及以上学历，机械类相关专业；
2、 熟练掌握基本测量工具及检测设备，如：投影仪、轮廓仪、粗糙仪、三坐标等；
3、 熟悉GD&T（几何尺寸和公差）
4、 3年及以上产品检测及质量管理相关经验，机械行业背景优先考虑，熟悉ISO 9000或QS9000
5、 良好的沟通能力,英语听说书读写熟练；
6、 原则性强，实事求是，能接受偶尔出差（小于25%）。
