The Job
As a Senior Demand Planner, you’ll be part of our team located in Shanghai. You’ll get to:
61 Define and rollout demand forecast collaboration processes.
61 Create 18 month statistical forecasts.
61 Act as the demand planning representative interacting with Marketing – NPI program, product phase-in/phase-out, promotion events, portfolio.
61 Take ownership & lead monthly demand review meeting with sales, marketing and supply team, make collaborative demand planning.
61 Develop and implement demand plan and inventory plans that will enable the company to meet sales and service objectives.
61 Monitor plan execution, be responsible for coordination of abnormal conditions, and promote problem solution.
The Person

61 3+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning or related experience. 5+ prior supply chain role.
61 A Bachelor’s degree or above with Business administration, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience in distribution or operations management.
61 A strong process mind, be data sensitive, with a clear mindset on the big picture while maintaining a strong sense of attention to detail, a strong willingness to study in diversified functions and be Analytical with well organized initiatives.
61 Ideally have knowledge of SAP, JDA, and BI
61 Advanced level / skill in Microsoft Excel database, PowerPoint.
61 Effective verbal and written communication skills both in English & Chinese.
61 Excellent in inter-personal skills, communication, analytical, and problem solving.
