1. Find, cultivate, nurture, grow and close new client relationships in the City you apply for: Shanghai 2. Maintain and GROW business with existing clients (house accounts CTC may assign); 3. Coordinating and maintaining a team approach in timely communications collaborating with your overseas counterparts to win more business; 4. Visit footwear factories, suppliers and trading offices in your area to generate more sales; 5. Collect, analyze and update local market/competition information; 6. “Returning and Reporting” all efforts and results timely; 7. Promoting professionally our company’s business, achieving or exceeding sales targets, while holding/attending all sales related activities such as seminars, fairs or exhibitions. 8. Represent CTC Groupe ethically, attending different fairs and events in your area, promote CTC brand and increase CTC's scope of influence; 9. Manage relationships with local area-based partners key influencers to decision makers; 10. Follow up, coordinate samples receipt and production arrangement with your CSO; 11. Invoicing review and collection efforts on any past due amounts as needed; 12. Coordinate local inspection and/or lab teams with team leads; 13. Other work as assigned by your up-line manager(s).
