职位描述
Responsible for planning and management of online product line with management objectives both long-and short-term with competitive product and pricing strategy. 负责在线产品线的规划和管理,管理目标包括长期和短期的竞争产品和定价策略。
Co-work with data analysis team and deeply understand China EC K&B business and consumer insights, developing channelized product roadmap and GTM plan necessary to achieve China EC business goals in terms of channel needs. Be responsible for complete management of the products from creation of new products through their removal from the product line. That is the assigned products line business. Working closely with R&D on produced, manufacturing capacities, and the need for engineering, ID consultants will be largely influenced by the data and analysis generated by and recommendations and coordinate and work closely with the other NPD team members to ensure all product issues are well taken care of.
Develop plans and programs, including new products forecasts for the online business, products migration, pricing, promotional activities and product portfolio management in line with China market trends.与数据分析团队合作,深入了解中国业务和消费者洞察,制定渠道化产品路线图和GTM计划,以实现中国EC在渠道需求方面的业务目标。负责从创建新产品到将其从产品线中移除的产品的完整管理。根据中国市场趋势制定计划和方案,包括在线业务的新产品预测、产品迁移、定价、促销活动和产品组合管理。
83 Own complete E-comm dedicated product portfolio in key categories. Develop and implement the 24-month rolling channelized product roadmap in the market in terms of TA persona, setting up and executing roadmaps for NPL and product phasing-out to ensure competitiveness.
83 Set pricing strategy and process. Guide channel on the implementation of value selling. Make price decisions for key projects.
83 Evaluate product and business potential based on market trends and consumer insights to guide channel on sales forecast and develop business case on NPD.
83 Coordinate with product development process teams to introduce new product to the market, supporting product development process including ideation, sampling, mass production, etc.
83 Own the forecast, work with online sales team to give monthly products forecast esp in flagship store. Track key product performance and give the improve suggestion.
83 Response for Flagship store products, BBC products, and do the channel products differential to avoid channel conflict.
83 Collect market intelligence and offer segment-based strategy through close cooperation with EC channel team. Collaborate with business analysis team to identify CN product market fit and business opportunities. Provide Market Research to understand consumers and competitors.
83 Synergize with internal team on EC platform negotiations.
83 Focus on Smart toilet, showering and bathroom furniture. Make categories contribution above 65% of ttl online sales in 2028.
83 Responsible for all Kohler Co. brands: KOHLER, novita, etc.

Education and Experience Requirements
83 At least Bachelor’s degree or above
83 5+ years of relevant product management experience
83 Preferred industry: electronic appliance, 3C, home deco.
83 Resourceful
83 Good cross-functional experience
83 Passionate and patient
