Job Responsibilities: 1. Implement Advanced Materials (AM) Business Strategies and Grow AM Business - Work with various Key account teams to grow AM business, including Advanced Materials, and improve the profitabilities - In charge of AM sales performance and gross margin analysis - Conduct business performance reporting 2. Product Management - Define the action plans for the product portfolio management - Collaborate closely with various stakeholders (Sales, Quality, Sourcing and etc) to develop the products and suppliers to improve AM business competitiveness 3. AM Market Insight and Development - In depth study on AM market dynamic and adjust AM business tactics to adapt the market change - Conduct the market update to support account teams on business development - Nurture and develop the AM products to address emerging semiconductor requirement, i.e. collobration with OEMs 4. System Support - Price management in system - Product planning - Maintain product costing and sourcing database
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or related fields 2. At least 1 year working experience in sales and marketing, experience in semiconductor or chemical sourcing or chemical sales is preferred 3. Fluent in both English and Chinese 4. Proficient in statistics,data mining and analytical methods 5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skill 6. Good project management, organizational and communication skills 7. Knowledge on semiconductor manufacturing process prefers 8. Able to work in matrix reporting organisation
