1.Review product from customer and make DFM for stamping process
2.Lead the new tooling qualification and trial run support
3.Works independently for new tooling design for stamping
4.Review product from customer and make tooling parameter and cost analysis
5.Die improvement for existing die in stamping

Job Specification 任职要求
1.College degree or above, good the knowledge of tooling fabrication and precision engineering professional background
2.At least 8 years working experience in precision stamping industry and 5 years experience in progressive tool and fixture design; deep draw die design experience is preferable.
3.Be famillar with the material, Machine and process for stamping
4.Issue analysis and solving
5.Read and understand the English on product/tooling drawing
6.Good skill for computer and office software
7.3D die design skill perfered
8.Experience for stamping die cost estimation perfered
