职位描述
This position is for HARTING (Zhuhai) Sales Ltd., based in Shanghai.

Targets:
1. Sales & Marketing Operation Workflow Development/Excellence
2. Communication to internal and external customers
3. HARTING China Project assistance
4. Email archiving / Handling of SAP workflows
5. Handling Digital Management Tools, e.g. MS Dynamic 365 (CRM), SAP, Power BI and etc.
6. Administrative tasks, e.g. Correspondence (email and written), Planning of appointments, itinerary…

Responsibilities:
1. Generating business transparency, e.g. frequent reports, emails, letters, meeting minutes, Excel/Power Point reports in Mandarin and English.
2. Drafting of meeting documentations like letters/PPT, announcement/speeches, Create and update of files/presentations for different meetings
3. Checking strategic projects status Quo for both internally and externally about issues or action items, Create and manage project files including archiving of related documents.
4. Independently managing the calendar of the GM, Arranging visits and meetings with customers and employees. Agree and follow-up of internal and external appointments.
5. Managing and answering requests from internal and external. Arrange internally the follow-up of requests.
6. Deliver feedback for basic business-related questions. Use of the internal communication methods and tools.
7. Creating business statistics or reports based on sketches or Excel sheets and handling the office organization.
8. Check, archive and prioritize all incoming emails and if possible, independently answer the emails or kick-off actions based on the emails.
9. Offer effective administration support to GM in terms of daily traveling/itinerary related topics like booking, reimbursement, expense reports, schedule and reschedule calendars.
10. Check and approve electronic PRs, and travel expenses for the direct reports of the GM.
11. Answer calls or requests independently answer or forward to related departments as much as possible.
12. Other assigned tasks from the reporting line.

Requirements:
1. 8-10 years working experience in related position for MNC companies.
2. Good at MS tools like MS Power Point, Dynamic 365, Office kit, SAP is a plus.
3. Business sense: understanding numbers.
4. Understanding culture diversity.
5. A team player spirit is a MUST.
6. Fluent in both written and oral English.
7. Friendly and professional attitude. Flexible, being able to handle stressful situations. Humorous, positve attitude and proactively working on the tasks.
