Job Responsibility:
1.Be responsible for the logistics planning of each project, transport cost and performance optimization within the FEW group
2.Sourcing, develop and optimize logistics routing for inbound and outbound shipment delivery to shorten lead time and freight cost.
3.Responsible for compliance with the laws & regulations of China Customs, Inspection & Quarantine
4.Be responsible for raw material or equipment import and product export, insurance declaration, process trading handbook management if have
5.Responsible for annual check of company declaration registration certificates of Customs, CIQ and so on.
6.Supervise Inbound and Outbound shipment activity in the operation, make on time delivery for shipment and balance shipment volume each day.
7.Responsible for the performance report
8.Set up and maintain shipment instruction guideline, and monitor Supplier compliance, and deal with Customer complaint.
9.As problem-solver complete other tasks from top management timely and high quality.
Qualifications:
1.College and above
2.At least 8 years logistics, import & export work experience
3.Qualified for Customs declaration and Inspection declaration is preferred
4.Management of RFQ process
5.Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
6.Be good at communicative, ability to coordinate and team work.
7.Excellent Spoken, listening, written English Skills
8.Familiar with MS office
9.Be able to work under pressure
