61 Respond to requests for service and assistance in relation to client office via phone. 61 and/or email 61 Provide assistance to the on-site Facilities Management team to ensure timely and quality service delivery of requests. 61 Create work orders and assign work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors, and vendors. 61 Answer and direct hotline calls efficiently and professionally. 61 Log tickets into ServiceNow accurately and promptly. 61 Create and manage work orders in the work order system. 61 Provide information and assistance to callers and visitors. 61 Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. 61 Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed. 61 Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and follow up on tickets. 61 All other duties as assigned.
