To sell Company’s products and services directly to clients primarily via face-to-face contact. Build and manage a team of Account Managers. Assist management in devising direct sales plans and strategies. Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline data on a regular basis. To conduct marketing/sales activities including seminars/briefing sessions to generate new business. To perform sales demonstrations and presentations. To manage and generate responses to RFP/RFI and tenders to coordinate pre-sales resource engagement. To develop, maintain and work a contact database including the fostering of relationships with business influencers such as partners, associates, industry organizations and attending appropriate networking functions. Strong Team management skills. History of “on target” quota achievement. Very strong document writing skills e.g. proposals, tender responses. Experienced in selling at executive management level. Strong verbal communication skills, particularly in formal presentation scenarios. Able to operate under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent judgment. The ability to work in both a team environment and on an individual basis in a motivated manner. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Academic background in science and engineering. Platform-based SaaS software sales experience is preferred. Industrial software sales background in Siemens, Schneider, Dassault, Rockwell, etc. is preferred.
