Responsible for Procurement Module -SAP project excution in China. Working under the guidance of the GPO to deliver the key strategic and business objectives that form part of Program Optimus through:
Design 61 Represent the local business requirements for the program and supporting the program in the areas of change, local design, test scoping, test scripting, and test execution for legacy systems 61 Act in the capacity of a local super user, and therefore will be responsible for User Acceptance Test scoping, scripting and execution, and the ultimate acceptance of the solution into their business 61 Assist the program with data requirements gathering, with the collection of data in the cases where the legacy systems do not contain them, reconciliation, data validation and cleansing where necessary 61 Define the business cutover planning, and actively participate in trial cutovers and the go live 61 Understand the integration between their own process areas and other connected dependencies and functional areas
Communicate 61 Escalate strategic, cross-GPO issues as needed to the GPO for further escalation as required 61 Champion the transformation programme throughout their line of business 61 Leverage working relationships within their line of business and across business functions 61 Develop communication network with Local Business users 61 Support the OCM (organisational change management) function to identify key change issues or ‘pain points’ that we can proactively manage to ensure a smooth transition and buy-in to the program 61 Work with the Change team to ensure training design, content and roll out in their areas of expertise is delivered in a comprehensive and innovative way
