1. 深入理解领导层的业务目标并制定相应的市场计划, 支持推进公司业务在中国市场的成长。 Fully understand management’s business objectives, establish appropriate marketing plan, support business development and growth in China market.
2. 根据市场战略选择合适的渠道并协调相关部门保证有效的推广执行,如网站、展会、技术交流会、杂志推广、微信推广等,并保证跟进推广效果的评估 Select appropriate marketing promotion channels and execute effective prmotions, include website, exhibition, technical seminar, magazine promotion, Wechat promotion etc. Follow up on promotion effectiveness.
3. 与公司全球及当地的市场和技术部门保持密切沟通协作,保证公司新闻及产品技术信息对内及对外的及时发布。 Actively communicate, collaborate with global and local marketing and technical team, ensure on-time release of company and product news to internal colleagues and external customers.
4. 密切关注市场信息,行业信息的收集分析,为领导层提供有效的分析报告以支持公司业务发展 Closely monitor, collect market and industry information, provide analysis reports to management to aid business development.
5. 与其他业务部门充分协作 ,提高公司运营效率。 Collabrate with other functional teams, further improve operation efficiency
6. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求:
本科或以上学历 Bachelor’s degree or above
5年及以上相关工作经验,具有跨国工业品公司的工作经验者优先考虑。 5 years+ relevant work experience. Experience in MNC, Industrial sector is preferable.
优秀的沟通及写作能力 Excellent communication and writing skills
良好的市场分析、理解能力 Good ability to analyze and understand market
良好的组织,协调和执行能力 Good organization, collaboration and execution
英文流利 (听说读写) Fluent in English (written and oral)
熟练运用Office 软件 – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Proficient in Microsoft Offices applications (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
