Responsibilities:Collect and summarize market intelligence (mega trends, competitions, regulations, new technologies, etc.)Develop and implement segment strategies for E&E marketsProactively build technical relationships within key accounts Promote material solutions to target segments / customersExplore and identify business opportunities at customers in ChinaDrive the opportunities toward sales by working with internal functions teams and external value chain partnersSupport sales in account planning and executionSpec-in material solutions at the ODM/OEMs or other target customers in value chain Identify unmet needs and work with functional teams on NPD activities to support business growthSummarize and share success cases for translation at other customers or in other regionsQualifications 要求:Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Work from Northern China (Tianjin, Beijing, Qingdao)BS or above technical degree 3-10 years commercial role experience in plastic industry In depth understanding of plastics and the applicationsGood business acumen Customer focused and result orientedTeam player Strong communication skills with proven ability to influence/lead in a matrix environment:written and verbal, internal and external, Chinese and EnglishOwnership for assigned segments/customers Strong self motivation to achieve growth targets Critical thinking, ability to prioritize competing tasks Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Good knowledge in E&E and related applicationsFamiliar with E&E value chain and key playersStrong new market development capabilitiesExcellent project management skills
