Main Responsibilities: 1) Artwork Coordination and Project Management - Manage product packaging and artwork of responsible product categories; - Coordinate with Sourcing, SCM, QA/QC, AWT HK, PLM Germany and suppliers on collecting packaging information and managing packaging projects from kick off to printing independently - Organize and coordinate product photo shootings, 3D and packaging artwork creation with designers, photo studios and agencies - Consolidate suppliers materials, artworks, die cuts, pictures etc. for designer/ PLM in Germany / 3rd party business for approval / artwork creation; - Review and approve all final printed packaging artwork before release to suppliers - Maintain good record of packaging information and project status in system - Regularly evaluate the performance of artwork agencies 2) Supplier Management - Implement and control product packaging policies and quality standards across all business units and factories - Provide technical advice to suppliers on resolving packaging issues 3) Other ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor Requirements: - College degree or above. - Over 5 years packaging working experience in buying office or trading company. - Good knowledge of the packaging and printing. - Strong problem solving, market sensibility and presentation capability - Proactive thinking, good project management attitude and team spirit - Well organized and working on details - Good communication skill and good understanding - Could afford working pressure, good team player - Good command of English - Good at MS office and ERP skills - Good at Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc.
