1. Main Tasks To provide a wide range of administrative and secretarial support in order to effectively and efficiently facilitate the operations in the office in information flow and formal people interactions. 61 Greet, screen, prioritize visitors, and telephone calls 61 Schedule appointments and make arrangements for meetings, conferences, workshops etc by providing logistic services and preparing documents 61 Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentation materials and minutes for meetings. 61 Plan and maintain VP’s travel calendars and organize business travels including reservation of hotel accommodation, ticketing, travel document application. 61 Establish and maintain a proper filing/database system for easy retrieval and accurate documentation 61 Prepare and handle VP’s travel/general expense statement as requested. 61 Collect, summarize and compile relevant business data into reports. 61 Work independently with only general guidance on a variety of special projects or group activities Handle with a high level of tact and integrity the confidential information, files, materials, to ensure information security for proper use. 2. Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position 61 very good to excellent English 61 Above 3 years of secretary working experience 61 Customer or public relationship experience is a plus 61 MS office software 61 not only work for VP but also support team on 8th floor and team activities (dinners, team building, travel reimbursements for team members, …)
