Regional Sales Manager China

Overall
The position belongs to UNILIN, division flooring which is an European flooring manufacturer located in
Belgium. The Chinese office is in Shanghai. This Position as RSM will be responsible of including but not
limited to South China sales network for the flooring brand PERGO, and the RSM should be preferably
based in Shanghai. The RSM will be reporting to the Sales Manager Pergo China.
Job description
- Responsible for creating new direct sales points for promoting Pergo products : by analyzing
potentials, target and confirm new partners = 80 % hunting
- Support in Marketing / Sales of all accounts in the respective area by regular field visits :
- Co-ordination of all related question as e.g. shop outfit / media with the local marketing team
China , implement product trainings & promotional activities
- Make sure all Pergo products are presented according to brand guideline
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an on-going basis
- Elicit feedback from local dealers (Pergo and other brands) on market changes and expectations
- Communicate and report all business issues to Sales Manager Pergo Greater China and will be
coached via a dotted line by the Senior Key Account Manager.
- Able to analyze sales performances with existing distributors/dealers and lead a plan to expand
incremental sales leads.
- Respect all company rules and regulations on submitting all working plans and reports in time
- Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position

Desired Skills and Experience
- University degree and above
- Mature and independent graduates, preferably with 5- 8 years sales related work experience
- A real hunter with sales ambitions
- Advanced relationship building skills and interpersonal skills
- Preferably experience with setting up direct distribution
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and organization skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Language: Native Chines, fluent in English (spoken and written)
Estimated Travel: 60 %
