Job Responsibility:
61 Manages the development and implementation of S4 HANA with standard global
template in processes, systems, and infrastructure to ensure a high world-class
transactional & operational finance operation center
61 Drive and lead global finance project to deploy in CNEA region, mitigate
gap and walkaround with global template
61 Drive standardization, simplification and automation of the relevant
processes, initiate change projects where needed and set appropriate policies &
procedures (Define and prioritize improvement agenda)
61 Provide input on local requirements for the end to end global financial
process
61 Provides technical guidance to delivery teams and other stakeholders for
continuous improvement by embedding new capabilities, ways of working &
governance, automation and digitization
61 Formulates, leads and implements financial digital tools to safeguard
compliance guidelines and drive digital finance strategy vision
61 Has conceptual knowledge of systems and processes. Acts as coach within
own functional area and within a region. Serves as expert on instruments,
functions, systems
61 Ensure staffing of people at the right competencies and ensure training and
development plans in place

Skills and qualifications:
61 Solid technical background with more than ten years of working experience
as a project management role in finance environment
61 Has solid experience to lead end to end SAP implementation project in
finance field in MNC environment
61 Good efficiency initiatives acumen and experience to lead finance process
improvement and cost saving program
61 More than 5 years of people manager experience
61 Bachelor's degree or higher in information science or finance field
61 Great interpersonal and verbal English communication skills
61 Thorough knowledge of accounting software, ERP systems BI, digital AI and
varies digital tools in finance area
61 Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and collaborative team
environment
61 Can work under pressure in dynamic organization structure
61 Strong attention to detail
61 PMP Certification will be a big plus
61 SAP Solution Consultant Certification is highly preferred
