* Responsible for hitting the sales target and market share of Mobile e-Power product in China * Responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship of CP, OEM and End user in off-highway segments * Responsible for providing off-highway industry expertise and training to SI, CP, DI, OEM and Endusers. * Tracing and gathering the off-highway industry competition analysis and development trend, in addition, providing regular written report * Coordinate technical & after sales service activities of e-Drive & Powertrain * Organize customers seminar to promote Mobile e-Power products and attend industry coference for collecting market info. * Finish other work arranged by line manager * Business led collaboration with other sales units cross product groups and Division Requirements:
Education(Level): University graduate or above Major: Electrical Automation and Mechanical Engineering Language: Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Fluent in English ( oral and written) PC Skills: Basic PC skills, Microsoft office Personality: Motivational, goal-oriented, capability to work independently and analytical, good communication skills, ability to undertake the pressure. High Integrity. Professional experiences and skills: Key account management and sales experience in Drive products or drive systems Power electronics or electrical engineering background Strong willingness to engage in Mobile e-Power business is a plus as well Other skills: Skillful computer usage and presentation skills Excellent communication skills (including fluent communication in English) and convincing skills Good negotiation skills and high proactive working style Global coordination and collaboration ability Good, analytical decision making and independent problem solving skills are mandatory requirements Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure
