Main tasks and responsibilities: - Build up KAN management system. - Managing sales team under responsible KAN customer related activities. - Cooperate with related departments to achieve the goals. - Responsible for KAN customer yearly strategy making. - Develops business plans and sales strategies for the KAN customers that ensures achievement of company sales goals and profitability. - Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to improve market share in KAN customers. - Provides timely feedback to head of front sales regarding performance. - Push the concept of full portfolio products selling and full cycle service in the team and prepare long team development plan. - In charge of global KAN customers communication internally and cooperation world widely. Qualifications: - Bachelor degree or above in chemical/mechanical engineering or related engineering degree. - 5-7 years of experience in KAN customer management and engineering experience in chemical, fine chemical, Special chemical, market. - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. - EPC companies work experience is preferable. - Strong written and oral communication skills; - Fluent in both oral & written English and Chinese - Honesty and trustworthiness in daily works. - Team-work oriented, flexible and strongly committed to achieve results. - Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. - Conscious to work in an international environment - Flexible, team-oriented and ready to work under pressure - Good communication and negotiation skills - Do as promised.
