Purpose of this role: 海外电商用户运营

Key Responsibilities:
61 海外电商用户增长策略，包括海外独立站运营分析，拉新和促活；
61 海外用户分层并标签，精细化运营，完善获客、交易转化和销售；
61 策划用户营销活动，进行AB测试，提升转化与留存，基于效果分析调整活动策略；
61 海外互联网社群建设及维护，对用户进行运营维护，保持互动量和活跃度；
61 指导用户路径设计，提升UI和UX设计，对用户运营效率负责。

Qualification Requirements:
61 Bachelor's degree in 985/211 or QS 200 and above
61 With over 3 years’ overseas study or working experience
61 User growth journey design, UI/UX design experiences
61 At least 3-5 years working experience in a similar role in Giant Ecommerce company
61 Highly analytical and have a good level of data analysis (excel/BI) knowledge
61 Fluent in English, native speaker level prefered
