Purpose of the Position:
To oversee Ecommerce stores’ construction and operation– France and Canada as the first countries.

Key Responsibilities:
61 Define E store sales target, strategic sales plan and annual business plan.
61 Closely monitor store daily operations and be responsible for KPIs including followers, members, UV, PV, bounce rate, add to cart and conversion rate, etc.
61 Accurate sales analysis and report to manage whole user behavior and keep sustainable tracking of business health.

Required Qualifications and Experiences:
61 Bachelor's degree or above
61 At least 3 years experience in a similar role
61 Tiktop shop management experience
61 Highly analyticl and have a good level of data analysis (excel/BI) knowledge
61 Fashion/beauty/luxury industry background preferred
