Main Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a scientific expert in analytic chemistry and responsible for innovative payload/linker analysis method development.
2. Develop platform and specific analytical methods for linker/payload projects (plan, design and execute experiments) with HPLC/UPLC/LC-MS.
3. Responsible for prep-HPLC purification for linker/payload/linker-payload.
4. Train and lead junior scientists to conduct daily testing, method development, assessment and troubleshooting.
5. Daily management, including linker/payload/linker-payload analysis and purification instruments, laboratory EHS and 5S, etc.

Requirements:
1. Master Degree in analytical chemistry with more than 3-4 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
2. Solid knowledge on the HPLC/LC-MS/prep-HPLC theories and technologies, and hands-on experience in operating, maintaining and troubleshooting of HPLC/LC-MS/prep-HPLC
3. Flexible and innovative problem solver.
4. Fluent in oral and written English.
5. Experience in ADC payload/linker analysis and purification is a plus.
