职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives
Drive the product design specifically CVJ Tripod joint, internal component design, standard preparation and close co-ordination with global product center Germany. Take the lead and work as CVJ tripod joint design expert. Product Engineering activities of local team to finish the task of product engineering and fulfill customer’s satisfaction with IFA engineering processes and tools as well as competency and experience.
主要职责 Key Responsibilities
1. Take the lead in design Constant Velocity Joints and expert in design tripod joints. 主导设计等速万向节，擅长三槽壳式万向节的设计。
2. Independently design CVJ plunge joint from scratch/scale up in China. 在国内独立设计移动式万向节，通过从零开始或者参考现有节型的方式
3. Independently able to create the 3D model and 2D drawing for joints and components. 能独立创建万向节总成以及零部件的3D模型以及2D工程图
4. In-depth knowledge of tripod joints design and feature benefits. 对三槽壳式万向节的设计以及节的特性、特征优点有深刻的知识储备
5. Work locally in china and take the lead as tripod joint expert to development for IFA group. 在IFA中国，作为专家主导三槽壳式万向节的开发
6. Closely work with Germany/USA team to transfer the design skills & knowledge for the joint design in IFA China. 与德国/美国团队紧密合作，为IFA中国的联合设计传递设计技能和知识。
7. Good experience to modify the tripod design to get the desired results during validation. 具有丰富的经验通过验证来修改、优化三槽壳式万向节的设计以获得希望的性能结果
8. Drive continuous improvement and application of Engineering processes and tools according to PDP根据产品开发流程 推动产品设计流程和工具的不断完善和应用
9. International teamwork with the program/ project team, the experts for technologies and other departments负责与国际项目组/项目团队、专家及其他部门沟通合作
10. Provide primary technical proposal according to customer’s requirements and support Sales, such as design concept, BOM, the plan of development, DVP&R, risk analysis根据客户要求协同销售提供技术方案，如设计方案，产品部件明细，工程开发计划，试验计划和报告，风险评估等
11. Detail design of the product, analysis and validation提供详细的产品设计并对设计进行强度计算和验证
12. Responsible for creating the standard of parts design and assembly design, involve in the improvement of product 负责完成零件的设计标准制定，负责完成对总成的设计标准制定，参与产品改进改善
13. Responsible for tracking the sign of assembly drawing by customer, definition the status of prototype and performance evaluation根据项目需要，负责样品状态定义，总成图的客户签署和性能评价
14. Familiar with product manufacturing technology and process熟悉产品制造工艺及技术
15. Product benchmark产品对标拆解分析
16. Writing patent 撰写专利
17. Training internal engineering team members for tripod design & technology. 向工程团队培训关于三槽壳式万向节的设计和技术
18. Miscellaneous convention related to Product Engineering产品工程部其他常规工作
职位任职条件 Basic Requirements
1. Minimum 8~10 years experienced in CVJ Design (Constant velocity Joint) in Automotive industry至少8~10年在汽车行业的产品工程方面的工作经验
2. Experience of Technical Project and Change Management 技术项目管理和变更管理经验
3. Design experience of propeller shaft or half shaft knowledge 汽车传动部件如传动轴或半轴的知识经验
4. Fit for international team cooperation适应跨国团队合作
5. International team player with good technical communication skills.
