The candidate will have a leading role in the expansion of the company's legal department organizing the work and cases among its members, promoting the expansion of the business organizing seminars and other activities with the company's governmental and partners network, will support the growth of the business in other Asian countries.

Main tasks:

- Assume a leading role in the company's legal department organizing cases and ensuring that work is followed properly and completed on time.
- Contract drafting and revision, negotiations, legal advice, support in litigations/mediations and legal procedures and other related legal work. Main aspects will involve Chinese commercial & civil law, International Law, Chinese labour law, IPR related law. Our companies advise mainly foreign companies (90%) which can encounter a large array of legal issues, flexibility and proactivity are a must.
- Be in charge of specific projects and tasks according company arrangement
- Proactively propose activities, ideas and participate in projects to improve company’s reputation
