Job Description Account Management (Core – 10%) 61 Ensure the Standard Operating Procedures for client’s critical environment are compiled of all sites 61 Ensure implementation of engineering guidelines across all Client sites in China as per client’s standards 61 Provide technical advice and guidance for service delivery teams in China Operations Engineering Management (Core – 40%) 61 Oversee Planned Preventive Maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the schedule 61 Review the maintenance/service practices of MEP Contractors to deliver quality work and proper reporting 61 Ensure Safety work practices are followed by the Contractors/Vendors to reduce any interruption to operations 61 Manage a program of on energy conservation and maintenance management procedures 61 Oversee the Annual Power down for respective sites and the reports of the same 61 Provide training to on-site teams on safety, maintenance practices and CEM procedures and implementation 61 Manage critical equipment maintenance and upkeep 61 Work with JLL EOS team to conduct audit to ensure that the procedures are being followed and updated as required. 61 Work with JLL EOS team to conduct EHS audit to ensure the exposure to risk is minimized 61 Liaise with respective technical Manager in addressing local issue relating to CEM. 61 Coordinate Trainings on equipment from OEMs and site operations 61 Assist in implementation of new Operations technology in China 61 Leading for SOP/EOP/Site field manual development, update, and reviewing on regular basis 61 Provide 24/7 on-call technical support for all incidents in China 61 Ensure EOS notifications and recommendations are communicated to and implemented to all sites in China 61 Ensure client directives and practices are communicated to and implemented in all sites in China 61 Participate in technical audits and assist in implementation of any recommendations 61 Technician and handyman recruitment 61 Contract pipeline update and Contract Strategy/COF preparation Health and Safety (Core – 15%) 61 Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards 61 Ensure all safety procedures, including Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times. 61 Ensure that service delivery teams and on-site contractors undergo a Health and Safety Induction prior to deployment 61 Ensuring First Aid and AED training to all staff and ensure minimum trained officers are there in office 61 Ensure that Fire Marshal trainings are done at every site on quarterly basis. 61 Ensure fire drills are done at every site of annually 61 Ensure regular functionality test and servicing of fire alarm system, fire hydrant system and PA system at all sites 61 Conduct Training on incident management and carry out incident drill Others (Core – 5%) 61 Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce utility costs, increase productivity and savings 61 Prepare / provide input to the monthly report submitted to client.
