Job Title: Identity & Account Management Sr Analyst Job Description: As a Support Engineer in Identity & Account Management field, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and maintenance of the Azure AD environment within our organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. User Account Management: 61 Assist in the creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts in Azure AD, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational policies and procedures. 61 Help troubleshoot and resolve user account-related issues such as password resets, account lockouts, and access requests in a timely manner. 2. Group Management: 61 Support the management of security groups, distribution lists, and other group objects in Azure AD, following established naming conventions and access control guidelines. 61 Assist in assigning permissions and access rights to groups based on business requirements and role assignments. 3. Policy Configuration: 61 Learn to configure and manage Azure AD policies, including password policies, authentication methods, and conditional access policies, under the guidance of senior administrators. 61 Assist in implementing security controls and compliance measures to protect user identities and data stored in Azure AD. 4. Monitoring and Reporting: 61 Assist in monitoring the health and performance of Azure AD services, reviewing logs, alerts, and reports to identify potential issues or anomalies. 61 Learn to generate basic reports on user activity, access patterns, and security events for auditing and compliance purposes. 5. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: 61 Maintain accurate documentation of Azure AD configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, contributing to the knowledge base for future reference and training purposes. 61 Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and cross-training activities to expand your skills and expertise in Azure AD administration. Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 61 Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and familiarity with Microsoft Azure services. 61 5 years of experience in Azure AD administration and design, with a strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and Microsoft Enterprise Identity (EntID) concepts. 61 Strong interest in learning about identity and access management (IAM) principles, Azure AD, and related technologies. 61 Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards troubleshooting technical issues. 61 Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and follow instructions from senior administrators. 61 Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) are a plus but not required.
