JOB DESCRIPTION Digital Marketing Specialist Role Objectives 61 To support in the enhancement of DEMH brand awareness and brand exposure through various digital channels and content development. 61 To support the Marketing Supervisor in developing and implementing the DEMH digital marketing strategy that emphasises the build-up and maintenance of influence in the media landscape (including but not limited to Red, Zhihu, Baidu and other key social media etc.) to increase leads generations. 61 To provide Dehong digital marketing platform maintenance and content updates, including Dehong Official website content update and website maintenance, SEO, Digital Marketing assets development etc. 61 To support the Marketing Supervisor in collecting and collating marketing material and assets development when necessary. 61 To provide data analysis on various digital channels to measure channel effectiveness and efficiency Key Responsibilities 61 Social Media o Manage and oversee DEMH’s social channels e.g. WeChat, Red, Zhihu, etc. o Propose, develop, and execute creative content and initiatives for social media channels o Collaborate closely with internal stakeholder and external vendors to deliver high quality execution for all channels o Work with and manage agency relationships, if required, to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery o Provide on-going tracking and reporting of performance across different channels against targets o Oversee technical aspects of any paid social media advertising campaigns, including platform configuration, layout, budget allocation and optimisation, and utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate performance o Monitor social media landscape for sentiment and reporting any potential negative feedback to Marketing Supervisor 61 Website o Maintain and manage the DEMH website, including developing and updating content as necessary, ensuring adherence to Dehong Group brand guidelines o Have oversight of website traffic, other analytics measurement, and remain updated with legal requirements for website o Review and improve the usability, design, content, and conversion rate of the DEMH website 61 SEO, SEM & SMM o Implement SEO on DEMH website to improve organic search visibility, enhance user engagement, and drive prospective student enrolment o Work with Marketing Supervisor and EiM HQ Sr Digital Marketing Manager when considering searched based digital marketing campaigns o Review analytics (Google/Baidu etc.) to constantly improve website and landing pages performance 61 Reporting o Develop reports to monitor trends and measure performance against KPI o Work with EiM HQ Sr Digital Marketing Manager to develop analytics and tracking to measure cost per leads on different channels Requirements 61 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role in a professional environment 61 Experience in website and social media platforms – CMS, social media back-end, SEO, SEM, SMM 61 CRM & sCRM experience 61 Creative and design skills in advertising design and copywriting 61 Data analysis and insight driven ability 61 Agency/vendor management experience 61 Project management skill 61 Skills in design, writing or video editing would be a plus 61 Understanding on Chinese schools and education systems a plus 61 Ability to work independently and collaboratively 61 Proven communication and interpersonal skill 61 Native Mandarin, ideally with fluency in spoken and written English How to Apply Dehong is a well-resourced school with highly motivated and academically successful students.
