Key Responsibilities: - Make budgets for all customers in her territory and try to meet or exceed sales and profit targets for existing customers. - Conduct market research and competition analysis. - Visit existing and new customers, understand customer needs and coordinate internally to meet customer requirements. - Support team members and join conference call with all key customers. - Make and maintain customer contracts, agreements and coordinate the implementation. - Work with global Seals sales team to fulfill sales target in China. - Increase Seals products market share in pump and valve market in China. - Develop new application and customer in pump and valve in China. - Work closely with supporting functions including R&D, production and customer service for sustaining growth and process excellence. - Provide training and coaching to sales team, - Follow and obey the EHS requirement for sales person.
Qualification Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant major. - Above 5 years’ sales experience in industrial enterprise. - Excellent communication skills with local and western customers and colleagues. - Good business negotiation and pricing skills, value selling sense and skills, as well as excellent ability in business administration and new business development. - Good English ability and PPT Skill. - Strong internal drive and ability to work under pressure. - Good leadership to lead OS team to get faster business growth.
