CORE TASKS:
61 Ensure proper functionality of process control assets in the responsible production plants
61 Engineering, plan and control of necessary process optimization (MOC's and project) with regard to Instrumentation or Process Control in order to improve production processes or equipment reliability by working together with plant engineer, project engineer and production team, etc.,. Prepare and arrange work orders related with projects and MOCs.
61 Check the work orders related maintenance activities in the responsible production plants.
61 Support the operation team with process control and process know-how.
61 Plan stock level of required spare parts and spare equipment for process control facilities in his/her associated area of responsibility.
61 Ensure the conformity of safety process control measures with legal requirements and company guidelines in his/her associated area of responsibility.
61 Responsible for continuous improvement of preventive maintenance strategy.
61 Keep actuality of the process control documentation and master data, initiate the updates based on any change triggered by either MOCs or Projects, Develop and update the instrument list, specification sheets, etc.,
61 Work together with the Plant Engineer and production team to achieve maximum OEE and reliability.
61 Support the supervisor on Process Control related topics in order to keep safety, reliability and integrity of the MATCH plants to their maximum.
61 Take the ESHQ responsibilities of the position, following the ‘Roehm ESHQ roles and responsibilities’.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
84 Bachelor degree or above. Major in instrumentation, automation or electrical engineering
84 At least 10 years working experiences in engineering or maintenance services with focuses on Instrumentation and Industrial Control systems
84 Profound knowledge on field instrumentation & process control applications
84 At least basic knowledge of electrical engineering
84 Knowledge about standards and laws related to the responsible subjects
84 Basic knowledge of chemical process technology and production
84 Experiences with SAP and SPI (Smart Plant Instrumentation)
84 Experiences with capital project management
84 Experience about PLC and package units
84 Experiences with PHA and MOC
84 Knowledge about SIL classification and verification
84 Good knowledge with MS Office Applications
84 Fluent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese
