It is a 6-month contractor position. JOB SUMMARY The role of the Field Support Technician is to provide technical assistance, support, and advice to CBRE technology users. Troubleshooting desktop computers, applications, networking problems, communication devices & Video conferencing equipment. Communicate solutions and educate users of policy, procedure and best practices pertaining to information technology. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This role will provide day to day IT support to users across Mainland China, servicing users deskside and remotely. The duties will include but not limited to: 61 Troubleshoot PC related issues over the phone, onsite, and using administration tools. 61 Inventory Management 61 Mobile Device Support (smart phones, tablet, etc.) 61 Hardware support (Lenovo, Dell, HP,etc.) 61 Incident ticket management 61 Printing environment maintenance 61 Client software packaging/installing 61 Hardware kitting, PC setup (image cloning) 61 Weekend and overnight work as required 61 Visit regional offices as required 61 Procurement 61 IT Training 职位要求: QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE 61 Minimum 3-year experience in supporting Windows OS in a large corporate environment. (At least 50+ users) 61 Minimum 3-year experience in supporting Microsoft Office Suites 61 Video Conferencing 61 Active Directory and Account creation 61 Server Rooms and Patching 61 Good knowledge on ITIL 61 A can-do attitude is a must 61 Good Time Management 61 Knowledge on Cisco products is highly regarded. 61 Must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team 61 Experience of ordering equipment COMMUNICATION SKILLS Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Ability to effectively present technical information to all staff.
