Responsibilities - Communicate with business partners to understand business needs, define proper analytical approaches to address their needs. - Analyze large and rich datasets, drive insights from data to diagnose the root cause behind trends and ultimately improve our user experience and marketing efficiency. - Conducting measurements of A/B experiments and performing subsequent analysis.
Requirements - Qualification 1. B.S. or M.S. in business-related or quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, engineering, cs or similar discipline) - Experience 1. 5+ years of experience in business analytics incl. 2 years of experience in experimentation (ab testing) analytics - Technical skills 1. Python/R programming language 2. Any other forecasting or data analytical platform experience - Soft skills 1. Strong problem solving individually or in a group setting and knowledge of drivers of the business 2. Excellent verbal or written communication skills in English and Chinese 3. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and lack of guidance
