Work with both central Marketing and sales team to organize company activities and programs, and coordinate external customer events following brand strategy
Collect market information on unmet customer needs, KOL feedbacks, competitor information etc for further analysis and better understanding of the area market insights
Catch marketing insights and develop into regional marketing strategy and tactics planning
Integrate and leverage medical, marketing and market access resources to ensure the effective achievement of business objectives
Strengthen the KOL communication and management in the area by collaboratively working with other functions
Conduct internal trainings in the area including both disease knowledge and product knowledge training to ensure the accurate message delivery by MR to the customers.
Make sure all promotional activities in the area within compliance requirement.
