工作职责: Job Summary and Mission This job contributes to Starbucks success by enhancing tax compliance and control of East China(Shanghai & Jiangsu) tax function, associated with one or more of the followings: guarantee accurate and on-time filings for Corporate Income Tax ( “CIT”), Value-added Tax (“VAT”) and other taxes; cooperation with accounting team for the transition from the accounting data sourcing to proper tax related information; good communication with tax bureaus for routine issues as well as other tax inquiries. Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Leadership ◆Understand how to conduct effective communications and alignment Business Requirements ◆Understand operation and business needs. ◆Effective communication with region stores and other internal stakeholders ◆Manage daily communication with tax authorities ◆Be responsible for tax related work of delivery business, communication with in-charge tax bureau, issuing invoice on time, tracking Account receivables Partner & Team Development ◆Responsible for development of partners indirectly Detailed Task: Detailed tasks include but are not limited to the following: ◆Monthly/quarterly tax filings ◆Prepare monthly VAT filing, quarterly CIT filing and other tax returns (i.e. surtaxes, stamp duty and other taxes, etc.) ◆CIT annual filing ◆Work with Tax team and external consultants for tax adjustments alignment ◆Prepare CIT annual filing returns ◆TP documentation ◆Assist in first layer review of the TP documentations ◆Support on ad-hoc projects ◆Communications ◆Good communication with in-charge tax bureau for routine issues and ad-hoc inquiries ◆Good communication with regional teams and other internal stakeholders 任职资格: Summary of Experience ◆Over 5 years tax and accounting experience in related in-house role in China. ◆Progressive experience with tax compliance work of corporate income tax, indirect taxes and other taxes is a must ◆Hands-on accounting experience is a must ◆Be familiar with Golden tax system ◆Be familiar with finance system and ORACLE will be better Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ◆Communicate effectively with either finance or non-finance partners ◆Goal oriented and driven for high performance ◆Solid accounting /tax knowledge Education ◆Undergraduate degree in accounting, taxation, commerce or business preferred Job Scope ◆Indirect Report 1-2 junior accountants Core Values ◆Creating a culture of warmth and belonging, where everyone is welcome ◆Acting with courage, challenging the status quo * Being present, connecting with transparency, dignity and respect ◆Delivering very best in all we do, holding ourselves accountable for results
