Responsibilities 工作职责: 1. Responsible for selling water based acrylic or PUD or wax emulsions ; Set up own business development roadmap in alignment with company’s objectives; 负责公司的水性丙烯酸,水性聚氨酯或水性蜡乳液等产品销售, 根据公司的目标,设置自己的业务发展计划。 2. Provide inputs and feedbacks of the applications of the agreed products in responsible market; 针对所负责的销售市场, 提供现有客户及潜在客户对产品技术应用的反馈; 3. Maintain and continuously to improve understanding of industry trends and technical development or competition landscape that effect target markets. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions; 关注及分析目标市场的行业趋势、技术发展或竞争格局。及时解决客户潜在问题,提出解决方案; 4. Participate in sales forecasting/planning and exhibitions/workshops to improve sales marketing performance. 参与销售预测,销售计划和展览或研讨会,以提高销售营销绩效;
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree of Chemistry. 本科学历; 2. At least 1-3 years of B2B sales experience. 1-3年B2B销售经验; 3. Experience in new business development. 有开拓新业务经验; 4. Relative experiences of water based industrial coatings, such as wood coatings, metal coating will be highly perfered. 有水性工业涂料比如水性木器涂料,金属涂料, 水性油墨经验优先。 5. Available for frequent travels。可以适应频繁出差; 6. Result oriented, solid communication skills. 注重结果,及良好的沟通能力; 7. Good knowledge of the most common IT tools. 熟悉常用的IT工具; 8. Based in Shanghai 工作地在上海;
