机械设计 Mechanical Design 1. 熟悉气动液压系统并能独立完成相关设计/Familiar with pneumatic -hydraulic system and complete the design independently. 2. 能设计精度较高且结构较复杂的机械结构。如精密传动机构、小型气动夹钳、复杂工装夹具等。有较强的创新能力和动手能力。有复杂工装设计经验及汽车行业自动化装配设备设计经验者优先/Able to design mechanical structures with high precision and relatively complex configurations. Such as precision transmission mechanisms, small pneumatic clamps, and complex tooling fixtures. Possesses strong innovative and hands-on capabilities. Candidates with experience in designing complex tooling and automation assembly equipment for the automotive industry will be given priority. 3. 参与复杂的装配和成品的调试/Involving in the complicate assembly and commissioning of final products. 4. 运用相关的技术能力解决客户的疑问/Dealing with inquiries from customers by using the related technical ability. 5. 能够进行机械理念的陈述，培训和实施/Using the ability to make presentation, training and implementation of the mechanical concept. 6. 现场安装和装配的问题诊断/Problem shooting for onsite installation and assembling. 7. 积极需找新产品可行性方案/Find new product feasibility plan. 8. 找到合适的本地替代零件/Find suitable local parts for substitute. 9. 开发有资质的供应商/Qualified vendor development. 10. 愿意发现客户的需求/Willing to find what the customer need. 11. 有物料成本和质量控制的意识/Awareness of the material cost and quality control. 12. 确保BOM及SAP数据的准确性以确保FTS标准化流程的有效性/Be responsible for the high quality of the BOM and SAP data to ensure the effectiveness of the FTS standard workflow. 13. 必要的样品测试和技术报告/Others technical support or related engineering work for engineering department and FTS BU.
任职要求 Required Job Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械自动化或机械工程相关专业 Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, manufacturing automation or mechanical engineering 2. 三年以上相关工作经验 More than 3 years related working experiences 3. 熟练使用Solidworks, Auto CAD, CATIA等软件；熟悉气动液压自控系统；会使用SAP更佳 Good skill in using Solidworks , Auto CAD, CATIA, familiar with pneumatic -hydraulic and self-control system, SAP skill is a plus 4. 具有良好的英语听说读写能力；英语4级或以上 CET-4 or above in English, with good oral and written English 5. 良好的沟通能力 Excellent communication skills
