Objectives of the Position
- Expertise in the application programming and process to fulfill customer requirement.

- Able to simulate the result of color, defects, appearance from customer lines with application, equipment, painting material acknowledge.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
- Operation: Handle application programming & adjustment proficiently from different requirement, e.g., Color, appearance, workability.
- 操作：建立应用参数以及高效地调整以适应不同需求，例：颜色，外观，作业性
- Operation: Professionally compile the test plan, analysis file and work report.
- 操作：专业地编撰测试计划，分析文件以及工作报告
- Effectiveness: Simulate the color & paint defect for customer in application lab and optimize procedure.
- 有效性：在应用实验室模拟客户现场的颜色和涂料缺陷
- Efficiency: Product transfer from booth to booth, line to booth.
- 效率：在实验室喷房与喷房，现场与实验室喷房之间，完成产品转移
- Collaboration: Involve into the projects and provide expertise support for the line trial or line activities, and cooperate with different departments, e.g., account, lab, production, SCM and so on for the business success.
- 合作：参与项目并对试线或现场事宜提供专业支持，与不同的部门及团队合作保证业务成功。例：客户，实验室，生产，物流团队
- Value chain know-how: Skillful paint recipe & customer line layout setup acknowledge to facilitate efficient solution for business development.

- Project management: professional skills included scope define, team set-up, target agreement, timeline track & presentation.

- Digitalization: Skillful in daily operation with IT tools and data-driven decision.

Job Requirements
-Education： Bachelor or master in chemical or mechanical engineering field
-Working Experience：5-year experience in automotive coating field or related
-Technical & Professional Knowledge/Others： Good sense of EHS knowledge; Chemical operation; Chemical knowledge; Mechanical facility operation skill; Sprit of teamwork. Good English skills both for speaking and writing; Basic IT capabilities with MS Office
