职位描述
85 Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Analyze sales reports and identify trends to optimize sales performance. Drive promotional initiatives and special events to boost sales and brand visibility.
85 Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered across all stores. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Foster a customer-centric culture among store teams.
85 Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop store managers and sales associates. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Motivate and inspire teams to meet and exceed performance goals.
85 Visual Merchandising: Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect the brand's luxury image. Implement seasonal and promotional displays in coordination with the brand's guidelines. Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency and adherence to visual standards.
85 Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies. Ensure stores are always well-maintained and presentable. Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and profitability for the area.
85 Performance Monitoring: Tracks critical metrics such as field turnover, financial direct contribution, sales turnover, productivity, brand-specific KPIs, and P&L outcomes to measure success and inform strategic adjustments.
85 Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis. Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within the designated area.

Qualifications:
85 Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management.
85 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
85 Strong leadership and team management skills.
85 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
85 Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
85 Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area.
85 Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
85 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
