岗位职责 Support Senior Key account manager to fulfill the overall management of existing project. Meet and improve customer’s satisfaction by securing the service quality and offering tailor made solution, including: 协助高级大客户经理,统筹管理现有物流项目,保障项目服务质量, 提升客户满意度,包括: 1) Secure the daily operation by efficient collaboration with customer and operation team, IT etc, solving the daily outstanding issues. 有效协调客户与内部团队(客服、仓库、IT等),确保服务质量, 解决日常运营中的各项异常问题 2) Analysis, enaction, training, and monitoring the execution of the operation process 业务操作流程的分析、拟定、培训与落实 3) Support the analysis of new requirement, and offer logistics solution 协助对客户新需求进行分析,提供解决方案 4) Acquire quotations through our pricing team from different logistics service suppliers including oversea freight forwarder, local customs broker, trucking company, express company and so on, to prepare quotation for customer. 通过我们的询价团队从不同的物流服务供应商获取报价,包括海外货运代理、当地报关行、货运公司、快递公司等,为客户准备报价。 5) Check and follow up the account receivable 应收账单的核对与跟进。 6) Daily project support, eg: project meetings, project reports analysis and documentation 日常项目支持,如项目会议、项目报告与分析、文件和管理; 7) Other tasks assigned by line manager 完成上级安排的其他工作 岗位要求 1. Bachelor Degree, Major in industrial engineering/ logistics / supply chain management will be a plus 本科及以上学历, 理工科、物流、供应链相关专业背景优先考虑 2. Over 2 year experience of Freight or Warehousing business 2年及以上的海空运或仓储工作经验 3. Highly self-motivated and sense of responsibility; Strong capability of collaboration and problem solving 自驱力强, 善于沟通协调, 有效解决问题 4. Logical thinking, capability of data and process analysis, fast learning 逻辑思维能力强,具备数据与流程分析能力、持续学习能力 5. Good English in both speaking and writing 流利英语听读写 6. MS Office Word, Excel, PPT mastered, 熟练操作Office办公软件
