1. Write and optimize machining workshop process
编写并完善优化车间加工工艺
2. Assist workshop supervisor to control products quality and quality control process, safety management and improvement
协助机加工主管负责产品的加工质量以及质量控制流程, 安全管理及改善
3. Machining jig development & upgrade to increase production efficiency
机加工工装的研究和升级提升生产效率
4. Solve technical problem happened in workshops in time
深入车间现场，及时处理生产中出现的技术问题
5. Lead or participate in the activities of workshop improvement
主导或参与车间改善活动
6. Follow up and participate in equipment maintenance and repairment
跟进并参与设备维修
7. Assist workshop supervisor to implement company strategy, and actively develop multi-capability workers
协助车间主管贯彻公司战略，积极协助发展多技能工

1. Responsible for finishing other tasks assigned by superior leaders
负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务
2. Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

3. Handle and be responsible for working hours statistics and workshop operator scheduling

Job Requirements岗位要求：
1. College or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or other associate professionals
大专或以上学历，机械工程类或其他相关专业毕业
2. Familiar with machining equipment, as well as manufacturing process, good knowledge of mechanisms and mechanical drawings
熟悉机加工设备及工艺，识图能力强，精通机械原理
3. Three or above years experience in mechanical factory 在机械加工工厂工作经历3年及以上，有机械加工工序过程工作经历
4. Familiar with production SOP, equipped with TPM knowledge, lead production mindset and experience
熟悉生产SOP， 具有设备TPM知识， 精益生产知识和经验
5. Good of communication with people and strong willingness of change as company goal
沟通能力强，愿意改变，本职工作中有很多需要和车间内部员工沟通，外部协调的情形
6. Mindset of 5S & Lean production
有5S 和 精益生产理念
7. Excellent computer skill
能熟练使用电脑进行日常工作
8. Able to handle daily work in English language
能够使用英语进行日常工作
