岗位职责: Setup, maintain and support system and workflows
1. appropriate setup of the system according to the different stakeholders involved (Business process, Group norms, Fiscal & legal) 2. Maintain documentations that describe and explain where and how the setup is done. 3. Train and certify the identified population of relays and animate this network of super users. Maintain up-to-date training book. 4. Manage the support of the application through a ticketing system which allows proper communication with users and identification of recurrent issues
Guarantee the integrity of the tool and its flows inside the defined frame of responsibility
1. Understand and monitor the flows in and out of its application to avoid data integrity issues 2. Ensure the quality of the information inside his scope of responsibility 3. Identify system issues in a proactive manner, and implement solutions to solve them 4. Communicate regularly to its users about new features, the events and eventually the issues linked to the solution
Identify technical & functional opportunities to improve efficiency of financial processes
1. Organise with its users an appropriate prioritisation of the requested evolutions, including a backlog management of users requests(validated or not) to build the roadmap of product 2. Work hand in hand with its users to identify how financial & accounting processes can be improved through the solution 3. Ensure the application is up to date in terms of security and technology 4. Work in close collaboration with IT Finance and/or supplier to develop, test and implement the new features linked to his solution (including ROI, development planning, etc) 5. Accompany the conduct of change, ensure the training of his users and the compliance of the features developed
Auditing and regulatory compliance
1. Guarantee a regular audit of the accesses and rights of the people connecting to his application 2. Work closely with his relays to ensure his solution is compliant in the countries or department where it’s deployed/supported 3. Drive the SPA Audit with its solution with external Auditors 4. Ensure proper archiving and availability of the data in his scope of responsibility
