RESPONSIBILITIES: 61 Meet with guests for prescheduled appointments or walk-in consultations 61 Have an in depth understanding of current and future company products and services to respond knowledgably to guest face to face enquiries and drive high conversion rate 61 Follow through sales leads provided by the guest invitation team; Conduct daily face-to-face sales consultations and comply with relevant SOPs 61 Use varied sales methods and skills to "get sales" 61 Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets 61 Attend meetings, sales events, and training to stay up-to-date with the latest product information and promotional offers 61 Report statistical data to management and provide timely feedback 61 Maintain and expand guests database 61 Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing guests 61 Maintain accurate records of all leads, guest accounts, and sales 61 Collaborate with guest invitation and marketing teams to continuously improve conversion rates 61 Ensure appropriate appearance and clothing according to the updated Grooming Standards 61 Provide the highest level of comfort and service to guests to ensure guest satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business
