In your new role you will: 61Develop and execute product strategy for WeChat ecosystem (included WeChat mini program, WeChat Martech solution). 61Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features. 61Conduct user research and market analysis to identify new product opportunities. 61Define and monitor key metrics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions. 61Work with IT and relevant teams (local & global) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. 61Develop go-to-market strategies and launch new features. 61Work closely with business teams to identify partnership opportunities. 61Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform product strategy. 61Manage product roadmap and communicate progress to stakeholders. 61Continuously optimize products to improve user experience and drive growth. 职位要求: You are best equipped for this task if you have: 61Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, marketing/business administration 613-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry 61Strong business understanding on WeChat ecosystem (included, WeChat mini program, WeCom, WeChat service & subscription accounts), understand SCRM & CDP 61In-depth knowledge of web technologies, frameworks, and best practices 61Project management experience in a highly independent, but collaborative environment 61Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications 61Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to derive conclusions and proposals based on alignment with various internal & external stakeholders 61Excellent presentation and rhetoric skills both in English and Chinese 61Work experience in multi-cultural teams / international environment 61Personal characteristics: Good learner, self-motivated, proactive, accountable, energetic, creative skills, problem solver, team player
