Main Responsibilities:
86 Assist PM/PD to complete LEED, WELL, CGBL, etc. consulting services, including:
89 Project Submittal Preparation & Submission
89 Project meeting and meeting minutes
89 Project Documents Integration
89 Project Technical Report Writing
89 Gradually be capable of managing the application process for LEED, WELL, and CGBL projects
89 Other relevant works

Key Qualifications:
86 Bachelor or above degree on Architectural, HVAC Engineering, Water supply and Sewerage Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Building Sustainable Science or other related major.
86 Candidates with experience on building sustainability consulting, green building consulting, energy saving and low carbon consulting, environmental science, building engineering or similar background is preferred.
86 Familiar with LEED, WELL or CGBL standard is required.
86 LEED AP, WELL AP and related professional credential is preferred.
86 Good in English reading and writing. Listening and speaking skill in English meet daily communication requirement.
86 Project Management thinking is essential to this position.
86 Interested in green building, healthy building, environmental protection, and sustainable development. Able to work efficiently in these areas.
86 Candidate shall perform good capability in self-management, teamwork spirit, independent thinking, and problem-solving skill.
86 Can work under pressure.
