Major Responsibilities and Objectives: 1.Maintain the relationships with relevant departments of local government to benefit TLQ's business, and timely collect and study relevant information about government policies and project support; 2.Provide support for the company's business operation and major decisions, improve the company's brand awareness and image in government , and create a good business operation environment. Gain policy advantages for the company's business development. 3.Execute PAD strategy. Collaborating with Central PAD, execute TLQ’s PAD strategic to promote business goals.
Major Tasks and Activities: 1.Establish and maintain communication channels and cooperation with local governments, NGOs, and relevant departments, to help create a good business operation environment; 2.Keep close communication with government departments to obtain latest policy information; handle inquiries and inspections from government departments; ensure the compliance of company operation; 3.Establish a constructive and efficient government relationship network according to the company's business and planning; enhance the company's brand awareness and image at the relevant government levels; 4.Establish and manage media relations and handle media enquiries, and identify media relations opportunities to ensure the brand is well presented and safeguarded; 5.Draft press releases, public statement, media Q&A and other communication materials and properly handle GM’s every media/government meeting exposure; 6.Pay close attention to the current situation and changes of relevant government policies, media coverage, and public opinion trends. Provide suggestions for the company's business operations and major decisions; 7.Be responsible for the daily communication and interaction activities between the company and the local government, NGOs, and media organizations, including daily reception, meeting participation, activity organization, etc; 8.Cooperate to handle incident/issue/crisis communication; 9.Cooperate to handle the government relationship work of the shareholder companies of both parties; 10.Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, major in public relations, journalism, mass communication, politics,law is preferred; 2.Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience preferably retail and agency relate; working experience in government, media a plus; 3.Proven good understanding of government operation, mechanism and culture, high sensitivity to policies, and familiar with crisis management and media relations handling; 4.High comprehensive quality, good image and temperament, proper speech and behavior, and agile thinking; 5.Proven writing ability, including an ability to take complex information and create clear copy relevant to the audience; 6.Strong independent thinking, analysis ability, learning ability and adaptability, and able to work under pressure; 7.Have excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, good teamwork spirit, and excellent social skills. 8.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
