Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement BMS, EMS, EnMS, and CCTV systems for pharmaceutical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Lead and oversee the commissioning and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) of BMS/EMS/EnMS and CCTV systems to ensure proper installation, functionality, and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and contractors, to integrate control systems into overall project designs. - Conduct detailed analysis of system requirements and specifications to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise during the commissioning and operational phases of projects. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, commissioning protocols, test plans, and operational manuals. - Ensure peak workload management during the design and site commissioning stages, delivering projects on time and within budget. - Stay current with advancements in control/automation technologies and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to improve system designs and processes. - Train and support end-users and maintenance teams on the operation and maintenance of BMS/EMS/EnMS and CCTV systems. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in BMS/EMS design and commissioning within international pharmaceutical projects. - In-depth knowledge of BMS, EMS, EnMS, and CCTV systems, including design principles, components, and software. - Proven experience in the commissioning and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) of complex control systems. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage peak workloads during critical project stages. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for pharmaceutical projects.
